Regina police, along with EMS and Regina Fire and Protective Services (RFPS), were called to the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Winnipeg Street at around 3:45 a.m. CT for a report of a vehicle colliding with a tree.

EMS and RFPS removed the three occupants from the car, and they were taken to hospital.
