Canucks pay tribute to Pavel Bure [VIDEO]

“Russian Rocket” Pavel Bure received a standing ovation when he was recognized at the Canucks – Oilers game Thursday night.

Bure is in town to attend a gala dinner Friday night for Canucks owner Francesco Aquilini, but many speculated he was in Vancouver because his jersey would be finally retired.

But at the game Thursday night, Bure was acknowledged with a special video tribute.
