During an interview last December, Mandel said, “I have to have to a passion to want to do this again; otherwise it’s not fair to the citizens of Edmonton.”

On Tuesday, the citizens of Edmonton will learn if there is still something 67-year-old Mandel is passionate about within city politics to urge him to run to hold the position for another four years.
