I found using it much easier than most phones primarily of how the key buttons are placed on the phone. You can easily grasp the unit while on your ear to securely press the command button. It will also convert from the default right ear to the left by a simple 2-buttom press.
It comes with extra size ear fittings, has 7 hours talk time and 100 hours standby time.
Normally I don’t like to use Bluetooth headphones, but the design, weight distribution and fit of the Q3 feels like there is nothing on your ear after a few minutes of wearing it.
