Molendyk says one of the injured is in serious condition and has been airlifted to Kelowna Hospital.

The other was transported by ground ambulance to Kelowna General.

He says the highway just north of the Bailey Road exit will remain closed in both directions while police determine the cause of the crash, but traffic is being rerouted.

Molendyk says police are not releasing information about the victims.
