The Union Gospel Mission is gearing up to serve three thousand meals to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside community for their 24th annual Easter celebration.
Volunteers will be serving up food starting at 10:30 at the Union Gospel Mission on East Hastings Street.

Included on today’s menu is 3,000 pounds of ham, 900 pounds of scalloped potatoes, 750 pounds of vegetables and 700 apple pies.
