Duron Carter will play receiver Thursday night when the Saskatchewan Roughriders visit the Edmonton Eskimos.
The Riders released their depth chart for the game Wednesday showing Carter lining up at slotback.
Carter was the Riders leading receiver last season with 73 catches for 1,043 yards and eight TDs. But he moved to cornerback the second week of the season after incumbent Nick Marshall went on the six-game injured list with a finger injury.
Saskatchewan activated Marshall from the injured list Wednesday and he’s scheduled to start against Edmonton.
Carter’s return to offence is good news for Riders quarterback Zach Collaros, who’ll start against Edmonton after missing four games with a concussion.
