Two people from the pro-pipeline group Suits and Boots were allegedly assaulted on Monday night at Camp Cloud.
They went to the site to look it over in advance of the group’s plan to bring a bulldozer to Camp Cloud on Wednesday for a photo op.
President Rick Peterson said the campers attacked the visitors.
“Very upset, aggressed them, harassed them, and were verbally abusive, threatened them, verbally abusive.”

Peterson said they were standing up for jobs.
“We think its time for people in the pro-resource sector stand up and the bulldozer was a symbol for the construction workers that we hope eventually get to work on Trans Mountain.”
Camp Cloud has been set up outside of the Kinder Morgan gates in Burnaby since February.
Last week the City of Burnaby gave the campers eviction notices, but they vow not to comply.
Global News has reached out to Camp Cloud for comment.
