Three years ago Thelma Krull left her East Kildonan home for her regular morning walk and never returned.
On the third anniversary of her disappearance Winnipeg police said they continue to take calls from the public, with the most recent tip made Monday.
But officers are still looking to identify the man last spotted with the 57-year-old.
Homicide detectives have previously said she might have been abducted.
“It has been determined that this information formed a significant part of the investigation,” Const. Rob Carver said.
“Homicide investigators are still looking to identify this male.”
Krull left for her walk July 11, 2015. Surveillance video captured Krull at 7:23 a.m. as she passed through the neighborhood.
Days later her glasses and cell phone were found at Civic Park.
For weeks family and friends searched for the mother and grandmother while police combed the streets and retention ponds for any clues.
Winnipeg Police later said they believe Krull experienced some sort of distress shortly after she arrived at the park.
“It is our belief that this distress was the result of either a medical situation she experienced or an encounter or ultimate abduction by an unknown individual,” Sgt. Wes Rommel said in 2016.

Homicide detectives later said Krull was assaulted and ‘forcibly removed.’ A sketch of a possible suspect was released.
Police said the case continues to remain very active, with the most recent tip coming in July 9.
“We do know, and investigators were fairly clear… that these news conferences make a difference.”
Krull was last seen wearing a reddish-orange t-shirt, three-quarter length black Capri pants, black fanny pack, and tan/brown hiking style boots.
