A dramatic collision on Highway 1 Thursday afternoon left commuters with a major traffic headache Thursday afternoon.
A collision on the stretch of the freeway just east of the bridge Thursday afternoon left an SUV on its side and concrete barriers on the route damaged.
The crash was cleared by 3:30 p.m., but caused significant delays for eastbound traffic during the Thursday commute.
