The RCMP collision re-constructionist team are assisting the fatal scene where a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle travelling eastbound on Highway 1 at White City.
RCMP confirmed the deceased to be a 24-year-old man.
Although this investigation remains ongoing, police have reported emergency vehicles to be cleared from the scene and traffic has returned to normal.
