Saskatchewan Roughriders release their 2013 CFL schedule

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released their schedule for the 2013 Canadian Football League season.

The Riders will open the regular season on the road when they travel to Edmonton to meet the Eskimos on Saturday, June 29.

The home opener takes place the following week when the Calgary Stampeders visit Mosaic Stadium on Friday, July 5 at 7 p.m.

The Roughriders’ regular season home schedule has them playing at Mosaic Stadium on Friday (one game), Saturday (five games) and Sunday (three games).

The traditional Labour Day Classic against the Winniepg Blue Bombers takes place on Sunday, Sept. 1 at 2 p.m.

The Riders will showcase the 2013 hopefuls in their first pre-season game on Friday, June 14 when they travel to Edmonton to play the Eskimos. The following week, the Riders play their final pre-season match-up at home on Thursday, June 20 at 8 p.m. against the Calgary Stampeders.
