He’s accused of numerous crimes against four female victims.

Sagmoen may soon be released pending his trials. A judge reserved decision on bail until a future date.

Sagmoen is the man whose family farm property was the site of an extensive search by RCMP in October.

The remains of 17-year-old Traci Genereaux were uncovered during their excavation work at the farm.

No one has been charged in connection to Genereaux’s death.

All accusations against Sagmoen allegedly took place near his home on Salmon River Road.

The details of the court hearing cannot be released due to a court-ordered publication ban, which is a routine procedure.
