A suspicious death in the Pleasant Hill neighbourhood Wednesday is being investigated as a homicide, according to Saskatoon police.
Officers responded to a report of an injured man on Avenue P between 21st Street and 22nd Street at around 4:30 a.m. CT on Wednesday.
A 28-year-old man was declared dead at the scene, though police didn’t disclose the nature of his injuries.

His next of kin have been notified, but police have not released his name.
Traffic restrictions were in place for roughly seven hours, but have since been lifted.
