A massive snowstorm paralyzed parts of the U.S. Midwest with heavy, wet snow – straining power lines, closing schools, clogging roadways and delaying hundreds of flights before churning eastward. This is the second major snowstorm the Midwest has seen this week, dropping a half-foot or more of snow across Missouri and Kansas.
