SASKATOON – The coroner’s office has confirmed the identity of the victims of a fatal house fire near Yellow Creek, Sask. last week.
Marlene and Stephen Tokarchik were killed after a fire destroyed their residence on Feb. 14.

Their remains were discovered the following day and brought to Saskatoon for an identification autopsy.
The investigation continues but the cause of the blaze may never be known due to the extensive damage to the house.
