Two women are in hospital after a crash on Winnipeg’s Henderson Highway on Saturday.
The collision between an SUV and a car happened just south of McCleod Avenue at 8:45 p.m.
Police said Sunday that speed played a role in the accident.

Police say both women were transported to hospital. They are both now in stable condition.
Northbound Henderson remained closed to traffic Sunday morning as police investigated.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have been a witness to contact the Central Traffic Unit at 204-986-6271.
