On Wednesday morning, White Butte RCMP responded to a complaint of an attempted robbery on Railway Street in Balgonie.
A 14-year-old boy entered the business and demanded cash. His face was covered.

He left without obtaining any money and was located by RCMP a short time later.
The teen is charged with one count of robbery and will appear in court on November 1.
