One West bound lane has reopened along Bath Road between Centennial Drive and Queen Mary Road after an early morning water main break. Utility Kingston crews remain on scene. Some restaurants and businesses along Bath Road have been affected. Kingston Transit is warning users to expect delays. The East bound lanes along Bath Road remain open.
