Board president Jill Oudil says the detached home market is balanced, but it’s a seller’s market for apartments and townhouses.

“Sales of apartment properties reached 1,451 in September 2017, a 19.1 per cent increase compared from the sales recorded in September 2016,” a release from the Board reads.

The benchmark price was just over $1-million, up slightly from August, and 10 per cent higher than a year ago.
