New Brunswick RCMP are investigating a collision on Highway 8 in Renous that left one man dead.
Police say a Chevrolet Equinox and a dump truck collided shortly after 7 a.m. Tuesday.

The lone occupant from the SUV, a 41-year-old man from Miramichi, was taken to hospital but died as a result of his injuries.
The driver of the dump truck was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

An RCMP collision reconstructionist was called to the scene to investigate.
Police say they are still working to determine the cause of the fatal crash.
