Collision closes Arlington Street Bridge in Winnipeg

Part of Winnipeg’s Logan Avenue — including the Arlington Street Bridge — are closed due to a collision between a cyclist and vehicle.

Winnipeg police and cadets blocked off Logan between Dorothy Street and Arlington Street just before noon on Saturday.

The cyclist was transported to hospital and is in stable condition.

No word on when the area could reopen.

Traffic across the Arlington Street Bridge is also blocked off, which could cause traffic concerns for many Winnipeggers.
