31-year-old man struck by vehicle while trying to cross Nova Scotia highway

A 31-year-old man from Millbrook, N.S., is in hospital after he was struck by a vehicle as he tried to cross Highway 102 in Millbrook.

Nova Scotia RCMP responded to the call at 9:36 p.m. on Monday.

The man reportedly had serious injuries and was eventually transported to the Colchester East Hants Regional Hospital by Emergency Health Services.

The 23-year-old driver of the vehicle was not injured.

RCMP say their investigation is ongoing.
