This time, it was at McKibbin’s Irish Pub on Bishop Street.
Gallagher picked up a guitar and played along with musicians Bob Cussen, who plays banjo for Swift Years and Belfast Andi, who plays bodhrán.
“We were just able to kind of hang out with him,” said McKibbin’s employee Ben Cardilli.
“Then the Irish jam started, which happens at 1 p.m., every Sunday, and I knew he kind of get a kick out of that and he did really get a kick out of it. That brought him home.”

The rock star also posed for photos with fans on his visit to the pub.
Employees at McKibbin’s say Gallagher hung out at the pub for the entire afternoon.
He sang, played guitar and chatted with clients and staff.
“It was so nice because there was no talk about work, about tours,” said McKibbin’s employee David Dooley.
“It was how are ya? What’s your hobbies.”
The former lead singer of Oasis performed at Osheaga on Saturday.
