As the Vancouver Aquarium moves to take the Vancouver Park Board to court over their bylaw that would prohibit the display of any cetaceans they rescue, many are wondering just how much this legal battle is actually going to cost taxpayers.

Vancouver is the only city in the country with an elected park board…is it time we let city council take care of these decisions?
