Friday, June 2 – It’s Friday! Kelsey Campbell filled in for Ryan and kicked off the show talking self-defence with Rick Wilson, the Senior Curriculum Advisor of KPC Combat and the founder of Wilson Practical Defence – Research and Consulting.
