Strathroy man charged after hit-and-run crash

A 21-year-old man is facing multiple charges in connection with a weekend hit-and-run crash that sent two pedestrians to hospital in London.

Police responded to reports of a crash at approximately 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the area of Oxford St. East and Empire St.

A 20-year-old woman and a 22 year-old man were transported to hospital with serious injuries.

Police say both remain in hospital but they’re listed in good condition.

A Strathroy man has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, and two counts of failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
