Due to a potential gun in the house, a SWAT team was brought in. The team used an armoured vehicle to get closer to the house and continue negotiating.
A robot was used by the Explosives Disposal Unit to get a landline phone into the house while another robot searched the main level of the house.

Police said when the occupants still refused to come out, the SWAT team put gas in the basement.
At around 6:20 a.m, a 34-year-old man and a 26-year-old man came out of the house and taken into custody. Police have completed a search warrant of the house and are continuing to investigate.
