Maskwacis RCMP said five-year-old Kailee Soosay, who was reported missing along with two other children on Dec. 23, has been found.
In a statement sent out just after 9 a.m. MT Friday, RCMP said the young girl was located “safe and sound.”
She was reported to have been with her mother Shannon Soosay, whom RCMP had not been able to reach.

The other two kids had been “accounted for” as of Wednesday, police said.
RCMP didn’t believe the young girl was in danger, but needed to speak with her mother to do a welfare check.
Poitras said Thursday the parents share custody of the children and Soosay didn’t bring them back to their father on an agreed-upon date.
RCMP initially suggested they may have gone to Alberta or Saskatchewan.
