Small-town Ontario fire chief charged with sexual assault, exploitation

KINGSVILLE, Ont. – Ontario Provincial Police say a fire chief in small-town Ontario has been charged with sexual assault and exploitation.

Police say they were called Saturday to investigate allegations of sexual assault involving a minor.

They say the fire chief in the town of Kingsville, Ont., near Windsor, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation. Robert Kissner, 60, of Kingsville, Ont., is scheduled to appear in court Sunday.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to come forward.
