CLARENVILLE, N.L. – Officials say the Trans-Canada Highway in eastern Newfoundland will not reopen until work can be done to fix a rock wall after a landslide on Saturday.
The province’s Department of Transportation and Works says blasting is required to ensure the stability of the rock wall.
