The movie has received positive reviews so far, even from those who aren’t fans of the franchise.
“Now, Bill Condon (who also directed last year’s “Breaking Dawn – Part 1″) finally lets his freak flag fly,” read a review by the Associated Press. “His final “Twilight” movie dares to have a little fun – it actually makes you laugh intentionally for once, teetering on self-parody as it does.”
“Breaking Dawn: Part 2,” opens at many theatres across the GTA at 10:00p.m on Thursday including Silvercity Yorkdale cinemas, Silvercity Yonge/Eglinton Cinemas and the Cineplex Odeon Varsity and VIP Cinemas on Bloor Street West.
The Scotiabank Theatre in downtown Toronto has sold out the Thursday night showing.
For those wishing to relive the Twilight Saga’s magic from beginning to end the Silvercity Yorkdale Cinema is offering a “Twilight Saga Marathon.” This 11 hour, 40 minute long show will show all of the installments, starting at 12:30 p.m., including the newest film for $29.99.
