Power has been fully restored to 2,400 Toronto Hydro customers following an outage in downtown Toronto early Wednesday morning.
Hydro officials said the outage was caused by a loss of supply from Hydro One.
The areas impacted by the outage were bounded by Dufferin Street, Avenue Road, St. Clair Avenue and College Street.
