The first man then produced a semi-automatic pistol and demanded store employees lie down on the floor. As that was happening, the second man used a claw hammer to smash two display cases.
According to police, the two men grabbed five luxury watches with a combined value of US$300,000 before fleeing the store. None of the store employees was injured.
Anyone with information on the identity of whereabouts of the two men is urged to contact the NYPD.
