People across British Columbia stared up at a supermoon on Monday as the full moon – closest to the Earth in nearly 70 years – brightened up the night sky.
Although there were plenty of clouds across Metro Vancouver, there were a few chances for people to shoot Instagram-worthy photos of the supermoon. Other parts of B.C. got a clear look at the supermoon, which is believed to be the closest full moon to Earth since 1948.
