Crews were on the scene of a train derailment in the southern Alberta town of Coalhurst Wednesday morning.
At least two cars appeared to be off the track as of 10 a.m.
CP Rail said four cars derailed in a “yard incident” near Lethbridge at about 11 p.m. Tuesday.

“The four cars are upright, none contained dangerous goods, no product has leaked, and there are no public safety issues,” spokesperson Salem Woodrow said in an email to Global News.
Woodrow said CP was in the process of rerailing the cars as of noon Wednesday and will conduct an investigation into the derailment.
Coalhurst is located about 15 kilometres northwest of Lethbridge.
