Global News has obtained a video shot by a teenage boy who said he was riding the CTrain Friday afternoon.
The video appears to show a couple with a baby in a confrontation with a man. A heated exchange including racist comments can be heard in the video before the man exits the train.
Global News spoke with the Canadian Cultural Mosaic Foundation who said the video is not surprising.

Iman Bukhari said society as a whole needs to do more to prevent actions like this one.
Bukhari applauds the person who took the video and said that is always an option if you don’t want to get involved, but she believes there’s a bigger problem at play.
“I think the important part here is what are you going to do? Are you just going to record a video and post it or are you going to do something about it?”
Global News contacted police and transit officials who both said, while the video is disturbing, there is no crime being committed so no charges will be laid.
