Tochor notes that one government MLA accused an Opposition member of, quote, “making this up in their pretended minds.”

Tochor told the assembly that the comments have to stop and has asked members to tone it down.

After question period, the Speaker was about to say that behaviour was improving, when there was another rowdy exchange.

Tochor then said that unfortunately, at the end, things went, in his words, “a little sideways.”
