On Sunday morning a tweet posted by Manitoba RCMP said the female victim still hadn’t been located after the “violent abduction.”
That post led to information that enabled Mounties to find the woman and arrest Travis Francis, 28, in connection to the abduction.
Francis is now in custody and charges are pending.
