According to Tiffany Fields, her son Luke requires constant supervision. The boy has Down syndrome, epilepsy and suffers from heart defects.

The Fields’ lawyer, Dale Golden, told CBS affiliate WKYT that Luke’s parents were concerned when his behaviour began to change after they hired Lillian D. White to watch their son once a week.

“Luke had always been a very loving child, had always been the type of child that liked to be held by his mother,” said Golden. “Suddenly, all of that changed and that caused Tiffany to become very concerned.”

They bought a nanny cam which captured White dragging, flipping and sitting on Luke.

“You know what, you little s***?…We’re going to do it my way,” White can be heard saying.

“Look here you little m***** f******. Stop,” she says in the video as she changes Luke.

White was charged with second-degree criminal abuse to which she has pleaded not guilty. She was released Tuesday on a US$5,000 bond.
