Transport Canada is now investigating after an ultralight plane crashed in Surrey this weekend.
The aircraft crashed into the waters off Crescent Beach Sunday afternoon.

According to witnesses, there were two people on board, reportedly an instructor and a student.
The instructor told witnesses they lost power and that is what caused the crash.
