WATCH: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are on an 'off day' today in Victoria on their official royal tour but they still found time to host a tea party with their children and a few lucky military families. – Sep 29, 2016
The Royal Visit 2016 is almost coming to an end and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are having some family time with their children today.

In a rare public sighting, Prince George and Princess Charlotte attended a children’s party in Victoria B.C. today, on the grounds of Government House where they are staying. This was their first official public engagement together.
On the guest list for the party were 24 local military families from The Esquimalt Military Family Resource Centre, with 24 children, who have loved ones deployed on land, sea and air missions. All of the children are under five years old.

The children’s party featured a petting zoo with a mini horse, sheep and goat from a 4H Club, a puppet show, balloon animals and a bubblemaker. The young royals seemed to love all the activities.
Children’s entertainer, Cam Culham, was also on the grounds playing guitar and singing.
Princess Charlotte really loved meeting Smores the bunny.
The party is the royals only public engagement for the day as the rest will consist of family time.

Along with their nanny, Prince George and Princess Charlotte have been having some of their own adventures in Victoria, B.C., but everyone is sworn to secrecy.
On Tuesday, the children went to Beacon Hill Children’s Farm and they had fun petting some goats. The farm originally posted about the visit on their Facebook page but then removed it. Staff were also told they could not take any pictures.
The children also visited Willow’s Beach, which is a popular spot for families in Victoria.
Their parents had a busy day in the Yukon on Wednesday, checking out the MacBride Museum, meeting young people who are taking part in an arts and culture festival and watching a mountain biking demonstration at Montana Mountain.
WATCH: Prince William and Kate made a stop in the Yukon for day five of their royal tour. But as Nadia Stewart reports, their children stole the spot light after they headed out for an adventure in Victoria.
