“We do not have a certified electrician, we do not have a certified plumber,” town CAO Ric Stryde said.

More importantly, Stryde said Lynn Lake has plenty to offer anyone who loves the outdoors.

Lynn Lake, home to about 700 people,  is just over 1,000 kilometers north of Winnipeg.
