One of the most iconic Vancouver landmarks is up for sale.
The owners of Grouse Mountain are selling the resort’s operations and 1,200 acres of privately-held land.
The resort’s spokesperson Julia Grant told Global News the decision was made because the owners want to pursue other interests, and selling the resort will allow them to do that.

Grant says the sale will not affect current operations.
“It is business as usual,” says Grant. “We are busy getting ready for the upcoming winter season, which the forecast is indicating will be a good one.”
The company in charge of selling the resort says it anticipates a high level of local, national and international interest in acquiring Vancouver’s famous outdoor recreation destination.
