Saskatoon music fans hit by falling window at Delta Bessborough hotel

Some Saskatoon concertgoers were left with scrapes and cuts after a pane of glass fell from a third-storey window of the iconic Delta Bessborough hotel on Sunday.

The pane fell at around 2:15 p.m. CT just before the gates opened at the Rock the River festival, witnesses told Global News.

The window was situated on the southwest corner of the building on Spadina Crescent.

Multiple people suffered small cuts but no serious injuries have been reported.

Hotel management declined comment Sunday afternoon regarding the situation.

Sunday is the final day of the three-day, classic rock music festival at the Bessborough Gardens.
