OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says the stunt was “irresponsible, dangerous and illegal”.

He says the person in the video could have been killed if he had fallen or had been blown over by a gust of wind, adding that he could have crashed down onto a vehicle travelling below.

He says 21-year-old Connor Friday has been charged with trespassing and with walking on a highway.
