Justin Bieber has left Instagram.
As of early Tuesday morning, his account no longer exists. The page that used to hold his account now reads: “Sorry, this page isn’t available.”
The change comes after a tough few days for the Canadian pop star on social media.
Over the weekend, Bieber threatened to make his account private after fans left angry comments on pictures of him with his rumoured new girlfriend, Sofia Richie.

The threat led Bieber’s former girlfriend, Selena Gomez, to comment on the situation by saying, “If you can’t handle the hate, don’t post pictures of your girlfriend.” She also allegedly accused him of cheating on her when they were in a relationship.
Though there’s been no official comment from the pop star on the deletion, the move sent “Beliebers” (the pop star’s most devoted fans) into a tizzy on Twitter. Some folks even started to throw a #justindeactivatedparty.

This isn’t the first time Bieber has made headlines with his reactions toward fans. He no longer takes photos with them because he feels like a “zoo animal” and has cancelled all meet-and-greets for his Purpose tour.
At press time, the pop star’s Twitter account is still active.
