Vancouver police have located Ingebort Pechlaner, an 85-year-old woman with dementia who had gone missing early Sunday morning.
Pechlaner had left her care home near West 33rd Avenue and Valley Drive around 8 a.m. and had not been seen.

She was expected to go to a nearby church but never arrived.
Police say she was located and safely returned home.
