WINNIPEG — Police rushed to Winnipeg’s North End early Thursday morning for reports of two separate stabbings that happened within a 10 minute period.
The first happened around 4 a.m. in the 600 block of Magnus Avenue. The second, happened just minutes later on the same street.

Police are on scene and parts of Magnus Avenue are taped off.
Blood could be seen splattered on the sidewalk and near a home in the area.
Two people were taken to hospital in critical condition, but police aren’t saying whether the two stabbings are related.
