The event raises money for BrainTrust Canada, an Okanagan-based charity.
Organizers said this year, 30 teams signed up for the race.
“Almost anyone knows someone that’s been affected by brain injury, whether it’s through a stroke or sports concussion or motor vehicle accident so… all funds raised here go to brain injury prevention and education, as well as support for individuals with brain injury,” said organizer Magda Kapp.
She said all of the money raised at the event stays in the Okanagan.
